1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, site addresses, number of locations and any messages you send us.
- Service information: viewing access details for your camera system (such as the app, device ID and a viewer login), your coverage hours, the contacts we should call, and notes about your site’s layout and procedures.
- Video: during your coverage hours our operators view live video from your cameras. Your recordings stay on your own recorder. We save clips of incidents and share them with you.
- Website: this site does not use advertising trackers. Its fonts, photos and videos are served from the site itself. The contact form does not store anything on our website: it opens a message in WhatsApp or your email app, which you choose to send.
3. How we use information
- To set up and provide monitoring, including calling you or your contacts about incidents.
- To answer questions and run your free trial.
- To bill for our services and keep business records.
- To keep our service secure and meet our legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example phone, messaging or payment providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
5. Camera access, audio and private areas
We use the camera access you give us only to provide monitoring. We recommend a separate view-only user for us. Access is limited to the staff who need it. Audio stays off unless you ask for it and your state allows it. We do not monitor restrooms, changing areas, patient rooms or the inside of rented homes. You can change the password or remove our user at any time, which ends our access.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact and account details while you are a customer and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons. When service ends, we delete your camera access details.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Some U.S. states give residents additional privacy rights; we respond to requests as those laws require.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
